Design of Architectural and Themed Lighting treatments for all aspects of this mixed use development including 5 levels of subterranean parking, 2 floors of retail, and 8 floors of residential interiors. The lighting design includes the areas indicated above in addition to all building facades, streetscapes, architectural features and the energized “G Street Alley” adjoining the MCI Center.
