Newpark Place Phase A (adjacent to the NewPark Mall) is a 350 unit multi-family development that is part of a phased masterplan of buildings with the intent of delivering 2500+ residential units as part of the NewPark Place Specific Plan, a vision for the transformation of the NewPark Mall into a premier retail, restaurant, office, residential and entertainment destination. Project Design is completed, currently moving into Construction Administration Phase.
