Design of Architectural and Specialty Lighting for the renovation of an existing Sears Department Store. The original anchor store attached to the main Mall Concourse, was converted (turned inside out) to become a 70′ tall Common Area Atrium Feature with Terraced Seating and new demised retail integrated into the 3 level space. The project also included Restroom updates to the main Men’s and Women’s cluster that included a Family Restroom with a Nursing area as well as multiple Individual Restrooms.
